Welcome!

In early 2003 my family and I decided we would look for an organization that helped families with missing loved ones cope with their loss.  After an extensive search we discovered that all there seemed to be were organizations that were looking for their child.  How do families cope when the media is no longer covering the story, and friends and family return to normal life?  It takes courage to cope, similar to if a doctor were to tell you there was no immediate cure for your particular illness.  You learn to cope with the pain.  As you may understand, many do not do that very well, therefore, substance abuse is extremely high, guilt is relentless and ongoing help is just not there.

We are currently partnering with an organization called Walk With Me  www.walk-with-me.org This is an organization working directly with human trafficing victims.  If you would like more information about them or would like to donate funds through Courage to Cope on their behalf, please click the above donate button, or click on the link provided.
